Bit of a strange one really. I find that the day after upper body days, where my shoulders and upper back are tight, I end up getting a stress headache, as that is where I usually hold tension when I am stressed. It's like it travels up my tight shoulders to my neck and then I get an almighty headache. I couldn't get to sleep last night because of it. Has anyone else had this problem?
I would say I have good form, I don't hunch my shoulders or lift more weight than I can handle and I always cool down properly after.
I have another upper body workout tonight so I am nervous I may have the same problem tomorrow night.
