Overview

This FB Flex Challenge uses 3 dynamic, intense workouts each week in order to build muscle and strength in the upper body. The well balanced exercises in this challenge can improve muscle tone, range of motion, and posture. 

Different forms of strength training are the focus of this challenge; supersets, functional training, bored easily (single set training), isolation training, burnout rounds, bodyweight moves, circuits, postural and flexibility work. There are no repeat workouts - you'll do a completely different workout video every single day.

Workouts range between 35-40 minutes, averaging out to 38 minutes a day (including both warm up & cool down). The only equipment you need is a set of dumbbells. We provide a short, complimentary Extra Credit workout 3x/week.

FB Flex pairs well with our lower body challenge, FB Booty. This would also pair well with our posture focused challenge, FB Fundamentals (both included with FB Plus).
