I'm planning on getting back on track after taking a break from working out. I'm finally settled in at my new job and exams have ended at uni so I decided to start working out slowly again.
My plan is to start FB Low Impact program on Dec 31st. I know it will be easier to commit, if there are others following the same program so if anyone is interested, let me know :)
