I'm flagging today, majorly. it is day 3 of my programme (I'm doing Bored Easily) and I've had to postpone today's workout as I'm so sore. It feels like a small failure and I'm only 3 days in.
I was down to a healthy weight in the summer/autumn, but had a really difficult couple of months with some family issues, and dropped all my good habits. The pounds crept back on. Seeing all my progress fly out the window is so demotivating.
So here i am, asking for some help staying motivated through this first week! I'm trying to love my body at all it's sizes, but it's hard.
I'm sure so many of you have been where I am now - advice and support much appreciated!
