Which programm to choose for actors/performers ?

Hi everyone !

I will ask something I believe you're not used to hear :

I am in an acting school. My energy level can be low (because the job requires it to be very high all the time) and I am often blamed for my limpness, my lack of explosiveness. Okay, this is an issue to tackle and resolve quick. I know working out would help me a looooot and I enjoy it, but I can't get my mind over which program to perform (see what I did there ? :D)

Here's the dilemna : I suffered from sprained ankles for months ( now I am recovered), I am not in the worst shape but I could be fitter, I would say I can hold a plank for two minutes, do a pull-up, several kind of knee pushup (diamond, military, traditional) but struggle to keep running fast when I am late for my bus and end up absolutely out of breath ( yes, this does count ! xD) and every lower body move kill me (and I am a girl !^^)

I was really thinking about fbfit but realized the workouts might be too long for me just now, Fblow impact seems logical but I'm afraid to be bored as I love jumping all over the place, but I'm mostly worried it wouldn't improve my stage issues as I keep hearing we have to be like athletes. Fb burn caught my eye as well.

What do you think ? Is there any actors here ? What do you do to warmup up before and keep fit for the energy demanding stage ?

Thank you and have a beautiful rest of your day or evening. :)
