Hello Blenders, and Happy Monday (or Tuesday for some of you)!
How are you all doing today? Feeling pretty good? Did you have a good weekend?
I know I did! I enjoyed being at home, hanging out, and joinin in on the 1000 Calorie Workout Party with you all!
Speaking of the 1000 Calorie Workout Party, let's see how many "Completers" we have so far!! Here's the links to their posts so you can head over there and congratulate them on a job well done:

Alright guys! With another 1000 Calorie Workout Party under our belt, how are you all feeling?
Hopefully you're pretty proud of yourselves for completing such a tough workout?
And what about for today? Are you working out today, or are you resting?
I'm actually gonna get my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D with the lower body workout I skipped on Friday. I'm feeling pretty good, and a lot of soreness has subsided (though my upper body is still feelin it haha), so I think that sounds like a good way to start off a Monday!
And as for food today?
If you guessed something using more eggs, than you deserve a gold star! haha. Probably just a good egg scramble with tomatoes, avocado, and whatever other veggies I have right now!
