Joining the Rd 2 party with my first #1000kcalworkoutcomplete
Woohoo! Honestly, I didn’t think I was going to get it done this weekend but then I woke up early and did it before breakfast (bad idea). My calf is ok I hope, I didn’t have pain like when I did the HIIT on Tuesday but it had a slight twinge so fingers crossed that’s just recovery discomfort.
I enjoyed it, I like the slightly slower pace even if it does go on forever.
A few sticky points:
* Jumping curtsy lunges - huh?!? Daniel is trying to kill us!
* AB/AB/AB ouch. Every time on the second set, I thought I was done 😂
* Cardio in the last section, I was up for abs but my body was through with cardio at that point haha. I made it though!
I thought of you guys towards the end and it totally got me through. I think it was in the squat kicks and Kelli had made a comment about trying to get through and I was def lacking energy by that point but then just focused on us all being in this together.
