We love bok choy (Chinese cabbage), but are at a bit of a loss as to how to incorporate it into more dishes.
Here's one - bok choy pasta.
Super simple (well, to my culinarily-challenged mind). From what I can tell, #chefinthemaking simply flash sautéd the bok choy, then "introduced" it to pasta, which after boiling, was also flash sautéd (kinda...I don't really know what she would call it).
Super yummy...with all sorts of spices...garlic, red pepper, and other stuff which I couldn't exactly identify.
