I visit food blogs while I’m planning my weekly menu. Unfortunately, I always forget to include Fitness Blender recipes in this process; which is a shame because the few recipes I have tried were really good.
So to change my thought process, I have challenged myself to prepare at least one recipe from the site per week. My challenge this week was FB’s Moroccan Red Lentil soup:
This soup was fantastic! I will definitely be keeping the recipe so I can make it again and again. The only changes I made were to use homemade chicken stock in place of the water and I upped the grated ginger a touch because I wanted a nice bite.
If your looking for a warming soup to take the chill off your bones, you may want to give this a try. Don’t forget the lemon! 🍋
