I've been working with FB for nearly a year now, and I can't do crunches at all; be it toe touch crunches, jack knives or even the regular ones. The other core exercises are no problem at all; I particularly enjoy Russian twists. Any suggestions regarding this? What can I do to get stronger in my core?
