So, for my birthday, my mom bought me a fitness tracker so that I could track my calories burned during my FB workout within the range the videos provide (I wanted to know what I was burning!). But, the tracker provides information in Kcals and I have no idea what that means. Does anyone have a clue? I was doing Day 2 of the Free 5 Day Workout for Busy People - Fat Burning/Cardio/Upper Body which says the calorie range is 128-290. My fitness tracker showed 23Kcals; there is no way I only burned 23 calories during that work out, of that I am sure! If you can solve this mystery for me I would be forever grateful! I have read so much about the two and it still just doesn't make sense to me. Thanks everyone!
Calories vs Kcal?
