This has been a very stressful, anxiety producing week at work, and I am just completely depressed. I work for a local non-profit and we lost a significant funding source and therefore had a reduction of staff, including my teammate. My body can make it through a workout, but emotionally I am at the bottom.
Do you push yourself when you are feeling like a husk of a person, or do you put on the workout clothes and tough it out? I can't decide if a workout will cheer me up, or if I just need to sit today out.
