Abs 2 Crew ~ HIIT & Abs Hump Day!

Good morning friends! How are you feeling today? Any new observations about your health or fitness level?

Today we have a BRIEF, 5 MINUTE HIIT interval with Daniel followed by a few rounds of abs exercises. We can do it!!

I did not earn my #workoutcomplete last night because I instead went on a beautiful full moon hike at a local place called Lone Mountain. It was so beautiful -- we reached the summit just as the big, bright orange moon appeared. We watched it rise into the sky and enjoyed the quiet :) Think it did me good as I've had some trouble sleeping for a few days, and last night I slept like a small child :)

Back at it today, though!
