Hello!!! I'm excited to mention that I started a new routine each week.
I've been working out using FB videos and I'm very happy and motivated to come from from a long day of work to a new work out every day. I've been doing Hiit 3-4 times a week and low to medium cardio along with strength training.
However any suggestions of what weekly plans anybody wants to share. I'm open to any suggestions.
Before FB I followed a diet were I lost a lot of weight. But I was also loosing muscle mass. I liked the number on the scale but not my physique. I started doing FB work outs with strength training and I'm glad that I'm gaining some muscle tone. I've gained a few pounds, but I'm liking the results. I don't have a lot of extra skin hanging, because of the weight loss. I'm always excited to start a new session with either Kelli or Daniel.
Please comment any new daily work out suggestions that you guys do. Thank you!!!1
