Not doing the cool downs and not feeling sore in the abs area
So I purchased the FB Abs months ago and I just started them this week. I just completed day 3 and for some reason I am waaaaaaaaaaay sore on my thighs, glutes, arms and sometimes my upper back. I did feel the burn and soreness from day 1 and after day 2 it's like I'm not feeling that sore or burn at all. I am doing the exercises slow when it comes to the crunches-related but I don't know if I'm doing it right or not. When I touch my stomach, I feel it tight for when we have to tighten the core while we do the workout but I don't feel it tight without touching it with my fingers(lol sorry if it doesn't make sense, I just got off work). Maybe it's because I have a little too much fat??? Any advice??? I do work 12 hours night shift at the hospital so I lift patients and walk stairs and constantly on my feet. I just want to make sure I'll be able to burn fat and not worry too much on creating abs
