I haven't done one yet today, so I figured I'd share my workout yesterday briefly. I completed Upper Body Strength Workout - Guaranteed Muscle Burnout with Daniel, a 41 minute favorite of mine. Although my arms are very stubborn and I often need to add on a couple of sets to failure to stimulate proper breakdown.
So afterwards I still had energy. No, not because I wasn't doing things right. I just have an absurd energy reserve. It's why I have trouble sleeping all the time. The struggle is real, guys. Anyway, I decided I'd burn some more calories and get some work in on my traps. So I loaded up ten pounds each hand and went for a one mile walk while doing a farmer's carry.
I'm glad to report sore traps and shoulders today!
