I'm going to tackle my first 1000 Calorie workout today....albeit a little hungover

A few months ago I would have found a reason to skip this day of FBfit for being "too tired/hungover" but today, I've been chugging water and don't feel the worst, so I'm gonna go for it!

I'm gonna wear my heart rate monitor to see how many calories it reads me burning. I almost never wear it or workouts anymore because I'm not too concerned with calories, but I'm just curious to see!
