Kelli and Daniel always stress the importance of eating a healthy meal or snack after a workout. My problem is I get my workouts completed at night (the only time I have free). Right after, I usually hit the shower, prep my lunch for the next day, and go to bed. I don't feel eating something before I sleep is the best thing but am I doing myself a disservice by skipping it?
