I keep being reminded when I see Kelli tying and re-tying her hair in workouts of something I discovered a while back to save me from doing that.
I don't know if this is so simple everyone else has already discovered it, but if I use two hair ties, medium to tight tightness, seems the extra friction holds my hair really well. This is from someone who was once told to lose weight, then the teller clarified (to a room of horrified faces) 'I meant her hair'. So my hair does not like to stay up!
Having said that, I can't tell if Kelli enjoys redoing her hair (who wouldn't when you have hair that gorgeous?). Far be it for me to deny her or anyone else that pleasure!
Keeping long hair in place during workouts
