I was wondering if you might be able to help me, noticed last week that the day after isolated core workouts my belly bloated 2-3x its normal size without any additional stomach pain / DOM's. I made the connection the second time it happened as I know it wasnt due to the food I consumed. Also it doesnt happen with any other workouts (upper, lower, total body strength training neither HIIT or moderate cardio)

Its really strange and although I want to continue with the odd core days I was wondering if anyone knew why the bloating is happening and how it can be prevented?
