I just had my first ever migraine attack on Friday (persisting into today). When it started on Friday it was so bad I thought I was haemorrhaging and dying - it didn't respond to painkillers so on Saturday I went to a physician who diagnosed it and gave me some other medication that took the edge off it. But it's still not gone away and apparently migraine attacks take 3-4 days to ease off.
Of course this meant I fell off the workout bandwagon (I just started FBFit 2) and have spent the entire weekend feeling bloated and miserable.
Does anyone else have a migraine issue? I would be really grateful to hear how you manage it.
