I'm a 135.5 lb (61.5 kg) male and 5.5 ft (170 cm). My BMI is 21.3 and is considered ok but my fat percentage is 19.4%.
I'm a beginner. My arms are weak, I cannot even do a push up, I have some fat at (the lower) belly and my legs.
My goal is to reach the fat percentage of 14% and build lean muscle but (as my dietitian told me) not lose weight (stay the same). And of course become healthier.

My dietitian also gave me a high protein diet.
What program would you suggest me?
