I am (yet again...) gearing up to "start over" and try to commit to a program. I STRUGGLE with motivation big time once I'm in it. I don't want to focus on the number on the scale too much because I've lost most of the actual baby weight/inches. I definitely have a lot of toning that could be done, but I mostly feel like crap. Low energy, not eating the right foods, irritable, etc.
I am curious, what are some non-scale goals that you have made currently or in the past that have helped fuel you? I'm planning on signing up for another 5K for next month and actually training this time but besides that, I'm having a hard time thinking of what specific goals I might want to work towards. The generalized "feel better" just never fuels me for long.
Non-Scale Goals
