Disclaimer...I haven't yet convinced my wife to write down her recipes, so this is a story about food (with some pictures) only. Sorry. :(

So, tonight, I was a good night for #AndrewComplete.

My #chefinthemaking wife comes into my office this afternoon and says, "we have pretty much everything, so what do you want for dinner?"

I thought back about yesterday, when she dragged me to multiple grocery stores (which she does at least once a week), and agreed that we probably had pretty much everything we might need in terms of ingredients.

Well, evidently, she already had an idea in mind, but she wanted to see what I could come up with anyway. I said, "maybe this" and "what about that" and "oh, we haven't had that in awhile" until she finally broke in and said, "I have an idea; I want to try something new" - and then ran off.

So, what was tonight’s fare?

Tofu pot stickers, edamame, and spicy “quick-pickled” cucumber salad.

So, so yummy! Very, very happy husband.
