For my toppings I have pesto for the sauce, a bit of mozzarella, kale, roasted red bell peppers, mushrooms, kalamata olives, a little Italian sausage, and feta cheese. I LOVE lots of veggies on my pizza!
Then there’s my husband. Marinara, mozzarella, sausage, sausage and more sausage, and some feta! That little pop of green you see on his pizza is the piece of kale I snuck on there when he wasn’t looking! 😜
We grill our pizza in the summer. Roll out the dough to make individual size pizzas. Grill for 5 minutes, then place your toppings on the COOKED side. Return to the grill and cook 5 more minutes.
