FB Booty Day 12

Today's workout consisted of HIIT and Strength + I also did the extra credit HIIT workout!

These two workouts + the EC kicked my butt! I don't think I have ever been so sweaty in my life!!! I gotta say I LOVE HIIT + Strength and today was definitely the most challenging day of FB Booty, but also my favorite day so far. I love a challenge that makes me feel good afterwards. I got through the whole HIIT workout without modifying anything (woohoo!) :) Now I will be taking the next two days off due to work and a family event, but also for some much needed rest after a week of many workouts :) Might sneak in some yoga tomorrow though if I can since I know I will definitely be sore from today's workout!
