FB Bodyweight

In to the second week of FB Bodyweight. Nearly a year since my last focused exercise. Is it normal to feel really tired each evening/night, everything aches? I am doing sessions in the cool of the morning. Also I feel a bit spacey a couple of hours after the session. I am eating real porridge with full fat milk. Any thoughts or do I just need to man up?
