Substitutions for workouts I don't like - or adding in my favorites

I am new, so please forgive me if this is an obvious question.

I have been doing the Fitness Blender workouts for about a year, and have been really enjoying them. I have some serious favorites that I do over and over again.

I just recently bought one of the programs - the FB Fit program. 8 weeks.

I have done the first few days, and found that there are some workouts that I don't like. Is there a way to substitute workouts?

How would you choose which workout to substitute with?

And if I want to do more strength workouts, how would I fit those in? Just add them in on top of the ones scheduled by the program?
