I posted a while ago about getting wheezy during exercise. I've been to the doctors and been prescribed the blue inhalers and also been given a peak flow meter and charts to record the readings.
She asked me to record it before and after exercise and I'm wondering whether I should do it after I've finished my workout but before the cool down and stretch, or only when the whole video is completed and I've cooled down fully (I completely forgot to ask this at the time and have only just thought about it).
If anybody has done this before and can help then that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you x
