The question might seem weird, but a friend of mine invited me to a japanese tea ceremony which requires me to kneel for at least 10 minutes...since I got knee problems I normally avoid kneeling, my knees in general hurt, when they are too long in the same position.
Do you guys think that strenghtening the legs might help?
