Hi everyone, so I'm currently doing FB Booty and then doing arm workouts on the off days. I've already worked out my arms twice this week because I did an arm workout on Sunday and started FB Booty on Monday. Would a third day of arms tomorrow be too much? Should I do a full body workout instead?
