It's hot here, so I just made a simple salad with arugula, cucumber, totmatoes, halloumi cheese, some hummus and toasted pita bread! A tiny bit of olive oil and black pepper and done!
I'm not sure if this has the right ratio of things, but I tend to go with my gut when cooking. :)
It tasted extra good after my first day of FB Strong! (I've decided to cancel FB Sweat and try that again when the temperatures are less deadly)
