Total body workouts - how to split them

Hi guys,

Starting next week I have 3 total body workouts planned. I feel as if I can't push myself enough with these kind of workouts and wanted your opinions on how I can split them up, i.e doing say 10/20 minute lower body and 10/20 minute upper body in one day for those particular three days. I hope I am making sense.

Do any of you guys do this when you have total body workouts? I'm sure I have read similar posts about this in the past but I can't remember what people do.
