My new year's resolution was to complete 250 workouts this year. I am happy to say that as of today I have completed 126 workouts this year!

I was worried I wouldn't make it because at the beginning of the year I wasn't getting in as many workouts due to a lot of stressful stuff- applying to grad school (which I got in, yay!) and my husband applying for jobs. Now we are looking at a huge move (Tennessee to Vancouver, BC) and I'm stressed about that, but I know taking an hour a day to take care of myself by working out is time well spent.
