Hi there, I've taken a 2 week break after my breast augmentation surgery and now I already see my body changing and loosing all the progress I made before surgery. That being said obviously can't do any upper body exercises or workouts where i support my weight on my arms. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good lower body workout without bouncing or bearing bodyweight on my upper body? Thanks!
