I was feeling super disheartened on day 53 of FBFit because there is literally no difference between my before and after pictures and my weight has not budged. HOWEVER! I was thrilled with my PFT results on day 54:
(Disclaimer, as previously mentioned, running is my least favourite thing in the whole world and I could not bring myself to run another uphill mile in my hilliest of cities! So please excuse the absence of that result!)
Push-ups: Before 11 half - After 4 full 20 half
Squats: Before 102 - After 150
Plank: Before 1 minute 4 seconds (full) - After 1 minute 19 seconds (full)
Sit & Reach: Before +6.9cm - After +20.8cm
I am fully intending to go back and do the full eight weeks again (Day 1 today woo!) because I'm determined to make a dent in that belly and thigh fat and super excited to see how much I can improve my results in another eight weeks!
