Is there any FB video that specifically explains some of the exercises that frequently pops out on FB videos? Such as deadlifts. I have tried going on YouTube looking for videos with good explanation but they go off topic too much or the video says little about the proper form of exercise.
When K&D explain how to do some of their exercises, I am either too slow to catch-up with their words and movement or there is not enough time for explaining the proper form on the exercise.
I did 2 rounds of deadlifts today and my lower back is very sore.
