I´m in my last week of FB Strong now and now it´s time to decide what I want to start next week. I absolutely love this program, so I´m kinda thinking to repeat it right away or would it be better to choose a different one? I wouldn´t want to do any of the "isolated" programs like FB Abs or Flex. Any suggestions?
