I've been doing FB workouts that contain strength training for about 2-3 months. The MAX weight I use is 15 pounds per hand, and only for dead-lifts. The rest of the time I use 5, 8, or 10 pounds per hand.
I'm just wondering whether doing this will "buff-up" my legs?
some facts that might help:
I eat very healthily, good amounts of every macro-nutrient for every meal. I am 16 years old, 105 pounds, 50% muscle, 10% fat. I exercise 5-6 times a week, with strength training incorporated in about 2-3 times. ( I also do HIIT, Cardio, Pilates, Toning, etc.) All FitnessBlender workouts.
Will this "buff up" my legs? I want to have the lean strong body, but I'm wondering if I'm going down the path of more muscular than lean?
Also, I know a lot of you will say I need more percentage body fat, my family has always been below average as far as weight and body fat goes, and my mom is a nutrition pro. She makes sure I am eating enough :)
