Avoiding upper body mass building

Hello! First, Kelly and Daniel, thank you so much for offering your knowledge and videos. You've really helped in more ways than just fitness. Anyway! I just started the 4 week upperbody workout and so far it's great but I really don't want to add mass to my arms. My goal is to get stronger and toned, I just don't want bulky shoulders. Is that what this workout program is aimed at? Gaining mass? It doesn't seem like it but I just want to be sure. Anybody have any experience completing this program? And how do you like it? Thanks everybody!
