I just started the first FB abs about a week ago and I feel frustrated. I'm 19 and have suffered from an eating disorder for almost 7 years. I have overcome most of my disorder but still feel the nagging pain in my head. After every workout using this plan or before I feel like I haven't done enough and always crave more. I'v been working out for least 5 or 6 days a week for almost a year now and feel like I'm the same. I'm also not allowed to eat 100% clean because of my problem and parents. Does anyone else ever feel like they are stuck or haven't done enough when working out. I also feel awful on my rest days and ed up going for a walk to feel better. Is the normal or do I still need help? Also I'm about average wioth my height and weight at 5 foot 4 and weighing 119lbs.
