Overtraining?

Hi all, I’ve read some people recently wondering about the role of overtraining in their lack of results. I’m almost certain that I fall into that category. I workout for at least 60 minutes, 7 days per week. Usually that looks like 4-5 days of HIIT, strength, abs mixture, maybe a day of kickboxing, and then on weekends I do a long workout on Saturday (1 hour 45 mins on average) and a 1000 calorie workout on Sunday. Sometimes I also sub some HIIT for a 5-6 mile run during the week.

I’m frustrated with results. Specifically my tummy. I’ve never been overweight, always been about toning and maintaining fitness/growing endurance for me. Before finding fitness blender I was a runner. I still am but got injured and can’t train right now for races.

Anyway, I’ve heard so many people say that you might not be seeing results because you’re working out too much. Can this be true? I’d love to see more definition. And I’m concerned about body changes that I might not like beginning to happen if I cut my workouts down. Thoughts? Experiences with scaling workouts back? Did you see more results?
