Hi all! I am just finishing up FB Burn 2 and now (since spring has FINALLY arrived) it's time to get outside and get serious about training for my upcoming sprint triathlon, backpacking trip, and 428 mile bike trip.
I definitely want to keep up on my strength training and flexibility, though, and am debating between FB Strong and FB XT. Any recommendations on which one I should go with?
