Help to find a program to alternate with Walk/run outside

I know there is a maintenance program, which I haven’t purchased, but I would love to have a weight loss & muscle building program to combine with 2 or 3 days of walking or running. I have tried to build my own program but I have not ever felt like it was enough on the fitnessblender days. I love to feel sore after a fitnessblender workout just because I know I have thoroughly worked the muscles I don’t use for walkng/running.
