Monday's new workout is LIVE! Daniel snapped this of me & Lok this morning while I was flopped out, publishing the new workout.

This one is a lot of fun because it uses our bored easily format (no repeat exercises) and it works the entire core.

I'll brb - just jumped on the phone with my Mom (it's her birthday!) but I want to hear what your guys goals are this week, so let me know!

Edit - I'm back. Sorry; Mom comes first, especially on birthdays :)  

My goals this week:

  • Finish the new 4 week workout program I'm working on (more on this coming soon)
  • Fit in 3 strength workouts & turn at least one of them into something I will film for you guys over the next couple of weeks.
  • Eat well; make smart food choices to make my body feel great
  • Meditate before I start my work day, all week. At least 5 minutes of brain quiet before the craziness starts.
  • Find small, non-tech related ways to help lower my stress; taking care of my plants, reading a book, taking an extra second to appreciate the beauty around me.
