Hello everyone! Am I off to a good start?

Hi everyone! My name is Daniela, I'll turn 27 next week, I'm from Italy and I'm a complete FB newbie!

I've never actually been a gym person (but I took swimming lessons during all my childhood and high school years, and a couple more years in college too) but now I'd really like to try to work out at home, with my own time schedule.

My goal is simply to keep my muscles alive and enjoy all the benefits of doing sport!

So, since I'm really rusty I thought of starting with the FB Reach program to get some flexibility and toning; if it works for me I'd like to do the FB Mass program after that, to gain some strength and shape a little bit my body.

What do you think? Am I off to a good start?
