So, I’ve always been very inconsistent with my workouts. I have a hard time with motivation, finding the time and energy. One of my best friends and I were talking about wanting to start on a healthier lifestyle journey. So we decided to schedule time together each week to virtually workout together (we live in different states). It’s been working so well! Because we treat it as if we’re actually meeting up to workout together and we don’t want to cancel on each other. We check in before, during, and after. So if anyone has problems with motivation, maybe try to find a friend or loved one to do this with!
