Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, February 28th

Hello ladies,

Don't know about you but I'm quite happy it's Friday. And not because it's my last hosting day for this week, because I loooove hosting. We seem to be getting a beautiful sunny, albeit windy day here. The sky is bright and blue with hardly any cloud in sight and the météo is promising us a whopping 12C/53F.

It's also getting light earlier each day and I love that. I'm an early riser so it's like my built in clock warns me the first light is out so up I get. Handy when you like to do your workout first thing in the morning.

I'm still keeping it fairly light and today I picked one of Erica's workouts from her latest 10 day Barre Challenge, the walking workout . Yesterday Karen asked if anyone was starting or doing the challenge so I wanted to see what it was like. You see my kind of gracious movement is looking like I've got a stick up my you know what. But it was doable to follow along and not totally looking like a nincompoop, so fudge it, I'll be doing the Barre Challenge starting Monday.

Okido, that's more than enough from me, I'm off to go shout 'Rise and Shine' at my hubs and go do some chores.
