I just finished Daniel's Total Body HIIT & Kick (released about 10 years ago)
It was such fun to do a classic older workout with Daniel.
I am scheduling individual workouts I haven't completed before. I sorted them by Oldest and I am having a blast doing these classics.
It's inspiring to see how much FitnessBlender has grown/changed/improved since I joined 11 years ago.
Keep your lungs open!!
