Anyone else interested in a "hurt foot"/chair-based workout?

I was looking forward to starting Erica's new Barre and Build 10 day Challenge but I will have to postpone that as unfortunately I just sprained my ankle (same one that I broke in August 2021). I have seen some "hurt foot"/chair-based workouts online but I would love one designed by Fitness Blender!
